Our Certified Organic golden peas and brown rice are soaked for 20 hours to activate sprouting, then wet-milled and naturally fermented to support digestion and nutrient absorption. To further enhance digestibility, we add natural digestive enzymes from pineapple, creating a unique Monash University Low FODMAP Certified protein that is non-bloating, gut-friendly and easy to digest.

Yes. Our ingredient suppliers provide heavy-metal test results, and we also conduct annual third-party testing (NATA-certified lab) on finished products for arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead. Results are assessed against relevant food standards and are within acceptable limits. Choosing Certified Organic products may also reduce exposure to pesticide-related contaminants.

Yes. We derive flavour compounds from plant sources (e.g., vanilla, cacao, spices, fruits), then apply them to a natural carrier for even blending. We don’t use artificial flavours.
