Add 4 heaped tablespoons (35g) to 300ml of water, plant-based milk or your favourite smoothie. Mix thoroughly in a protein shaker or blender. Adolescents may take half the adult serve.
Vegan and free from gluten, added sugar, dairy, additives and GMOs. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry and dark place.
