If you haven't tried your hand at homemade pizza dough – you're missing out! And if Heathy Luxe's Teriyaki Jackfruit Pizza was on the menu every night...we wouldn't be mad about it.
All you need is all-purpose flour, instant yeast, olive oil, warm water and a pinch of salt! It's one of those recipes you can pass down for generations to come! When it comes to toppings, we've gone with the 'less is more' approach. We used a simple tomato sauce base with shredded vegan cheese, rocket and *of course* our Tender Jack Teriyaki (Smokey BBQ flavour would also be amazing!).

150g all-purpose flour + more to dust the dough and surfaces
1/2 tsp instant yeast
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp olive oil + more to coat the dough
90ml warm water
Toppings
1 pack Amazonia Tender Jack Teriyaki
Tomato sauce
Vegan shredded cheese
Rocket
Directions
For the dough
Combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and water. Mix and knead by hand until it's a soft, non-sticky dough, If it's too sticky, add more flour. If it's too crumbly, add more water.
Coat the ball of dough in a drizzle of olive oil. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise until it has doubled in size (around 2 hours depending on the room temperature).
Carefully roll it out on a lightly floured parchment paper into a pizza crust. You can stretch it a bit with your hands until it has the right shape.
For the pizza
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Empty contents of jackfruit pouch into pan.
Cook for 5-10 minutes or until contents are heated through.
Break or shred Jackfruit up while in pan then set aside.
Preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C.
Transfer the pizza crust on the parchment paper onto a baking tray.
Top the pizza dough with tomato sauce and bake for for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and add the jackfruit teriyaki and the shredded cheese and return to oven for 5 more minutes until the crust is golden and slightly crispy and the cheese has melted.
Add rocket on top, a drizzle of olive oil and Enjoy!
